Responders
and their benefits

you have an online product (for example “A guide to earning money on the
internet”) that you want to send it to interested persons free of cost,
you can look at Auto responders. The fastest way of spreading the word
around is by using emails. Auto responders allow you to send your product
though mails to those who show interest. When you spread the message across
with an email, and you instruct the interested person to send a blank mail
to specific address, a copy of the product is sent across automatically.

They
are software programs that don’t need any manual intervention to do the
job of sending your product through emails. What you are essentially doing

letters. The customer post his visit on the website gets this Sales Letter

great sales approach on the email and customers will have faith in you. It

something on the website, and this follow up letter could introduce him to
another paid product or a free product. A follow up letter thanking him for
the purchase greatly improved the image of the website. These are some of

A
list of generic answers can be prepared for specific common questions and
such email responses are better than having an FAQ section on the website.
Another important function of Auto responders is to capture email addresses
of people interested in their products. These are great for cross sales and
follow up for subscriptions etc.
